Rebecca: Dad finally proposed to Janine. They're so cute together.

Rebecca: I'm glad he's happy, and I'm more than stoked about Emily becoming my step-sister, but..

Rebecca: I'm not dumb. I know where he's going when he leaves for work in the evening. And Janine.. well, she's on the Crystalline Valley police force. If I can put two and two together, so can she.

Rebecca: Grandma.. do you think Dad's a criminal?
Rosemary: That's nonsense, Rebecca! Don't even suggest a thing like that about your father. He's marrying a policewoman, isn't he?
Rebecca: Yes, but-
Rosemary: What color do you think the bridesmaids dresses should be? Green would bring out those lovely eyes Emily has, don't you think?
Rebecca: After that Grandma went off on a tangent about wedding plans, making it impossible to bring the subject back up.

Rebecca: I resolved to talk to Dad about it, but everytime I went to talk to him, I couldn't bring it up. He's just so happy all the time now. I couldn't ruin it by letting him know that his own daughter knows he's a bank robber.

Rebecca: It turns out that I wouldn't be the one to bring Dad down from his engagement high. Grandpa passed away of old age one night shortly after returning from work.

Rebecca: Grandma cried for days. Nothing could cheer her up.

Patrick: You know, Mom, Janine and I could post-pone the wedding.
Rosemary: No. You are having this wedding if it's the last thing I do.
Rebecca: And with that, wedding plans were back on full force.

Ahhh... weddings, deaths, and birthdays always seem to find a way to go together. Haha, how odd. A criminal married to someone on the force? That isn't good...

The wedding should be fun, especially since it's the first in the neighborhood.
Andrew actually died a lot earlier than I expected any of the elders to. Rosemary and Joshua aren't even close to the end of their age meter. I might have to stock up on elixir just in case so that the houses stay playable while the teens are in college, though.
