Johnson - Round Four 04/05/2008
Rosemary: Living in a house by myself proved to be very lonely. I called Rebecca at college all the time, and I spent lots of time with Joshua. Despite all this, the fact of the matter is that I'm a family oriented kind of girl and I'm used to a house full of kids. Rosemary: I invited Janine over (Patrick had to stay home with little Dylan- he was too young to be out and about just yet) and asked her about when she and Patrick planned on moving back in. Rosemary: Realizing that I'd just have to wait until the kids graduated to have a full house to take care of again, I found other things to persue. With all the peace and quiet, I found I was able to start writing novels again. I was quite the author when I was younger, you know. After I had kids, however, I just didn't have time for it. Rosemary: The finished product turned out great. I guess I still had a knack for writing after all! After the first one, I wrote a few more. Each book was a best-seller, and the money helped me redecorate the house a bit. Now I could relate to why Joshua was so obsessed with selling paintings. Rosemary: I fixed the house up in other ways, too. I planted a few bushes out on our lawn, and I'm thinking about starting a garden. What's better than a salad made of fresh garden-picked vegetables? CommentsSun, 06 Apr 2008 08:19:35 At least Rosemary is finding ways to keep busy. Playing through a house with just an elder can be quite slow. I don't envy you. Sun, 06 Apr 2008 12:35:42 Oh I know. And I had houses with just an elder to play through this round. The good news is, the first batch of uni kids are going to be graduating and moving in, so the houses are going to be a little bit more exciting. Leave a Reply |
